Ritco Tours is based at Flat No - 40/C in Pocket - 4, Phase - I of Mayur Vihar, New Delhi 110091. We operate from a flat, which makes it feel a bit more personal than a big office building. Mayur Vihar is a residential area mostly, so it’s a nice place to work from. We spend our time planning trips and sorting out travel arrangements for people. It involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls to different places. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here making sure everything is in order. The flat is usually cluttered with brochures and travel documents. We’ve been in Phase I for some time and we like the neighborhood. It’s easy to get to by the metro or road. We don't go around saying we are the best or anything like that. We just do the work and try to help people get where they need to go. Every day we come in, check the emails, and start making calls. It’s a steady job and we take it seriously, but we don't need to be fancy about it. People stop by sometimes to talk about their plans, and we just sit down and figure it out with them. That is how we have always done things here in Pocket 4. It’s a practical, local business and we’re happy to keep it that way. We've been at this address for a good while.
