Ritco Tours. Bhikaiji Cama Place,Delhi

Our little office for Ritco Tours is tucked away in Gali No-6, Block No-9. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we’ve been here for quite some time now. We mainly focus on helping people get from one place to another without too much of a headache. Dealing with travel plans in a busy city like Delhi can be a real mess, so we just sit here with our computers and try to figure out the best routes and timings for everyone who walks in. It’s a small team, mostly just a few of us who know the roads and the train schedules pretty well. The office is a bit cramped with all the paperwork and maps we keep lying around, but it works for what we do. We don’t have any shiny brochures or big TV screens showing fancy hotels. Usually, it’s just us answering the phone and writing down notes on whatever scraps of paper are handy. We handle a lot of local stuff and some longer trips too. It’s mostly about making sure the buses or cars show up when they are supposed to, which is harder than it sounds sometimes. We’ve had days where the phones won’t stop ringing and days where it’s just us drinking tea and waiting for the mail. We just try to stay honest about what can be done and what can't.
