Rilance Fraish

You can find us at B-3/Ug-5 in Dilshad Colony. It’s over in the Shahadra area of New Delhi, with the pin code 110095. Rilance Fraish is what’s on the sign. We’re a local shop where people come to get their daily things. It’s not a giant warehouse, just a regular store in the neighborhood. We start our day pretty early, usually before the sun is even up, to get the fresh stock in. There’s a lot of lifting crates and moving things around on the shelves. It’s physical work and can be quite tiring. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy scripts for us. It’s just us, the people who work here every day. We know many of our customers by name because they live just down the street. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded and the noise is quite something, but we’re used to it. We try to keep things organized, though during a busy rush, it’s hard to keep the shelves perfect. We don't use any corporate talk about missions or visions. We’re just here to sell groceries and household stuff. It’s a simple life. We work our shifts, help the people who come in, and then we close up for the night. That’s how it goes here in Shahadra. We deal with the delivery trucks and the narrow streets every single morning. It’s not always easy but we make it work for the colony folks who depend on us.
