Retailing

We are located at B-8A in G. R. D. Nagar, which is part of the Laxmi Nagar area in New Delhi. The pin code is 110 092. Our business name is just Retailing, and that is exactly what we do here every day. It’s a very busy neighborhood, and the streets are always full of people and rickshaws. Our office and storage space is at B-8A. It’s not a fancy shop with big windows. It’s more of a place where we manage all the stock and handle the orders that come in. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. There are boxes everywhere, and we are constantly counting things and moving them around. It can get a bit chaotic during the peak times of the year. We don't have any corporate training or polished sales pitches. We just talk to our customers like regular people. Sometimes we make mistakes with the inventory, but we always try to fix it. The air conditioner in the office makes a weird noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't spend money on advertising. We just focus on the work in front of us. It’s a plain, honest business. We show up in the morning, do the retailing, and head home when the shutters go down. The tea boy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon for us.
