We are a small restaurant located in Rajiv Nagar, specifically in Gali Number 1 in Gurgaon. It is a very local spot, and we mostly serve the people who live right here in the neighborhood. The kitchen is always going from early in the morning until late at night. We don't have a fancy name, people just know us as the place on the corner of the gali. The seating is pretty basic, just some tables and chairs where people can sit and eat their meal. We do a lot of takeout orders too, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work in Gurgaon. The menu isn't very long, just the stuff we know how to cook well. We don't have a big marketing plan or a social media manager, we just cook and serve. Sometimes we run out of certain things if it's a busy day, but the customers are usually understanding. It gets pretty loud with the pans clanking and people talking, but that is the way a kitchen should be. We just try to keep the place clean and the food hot. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. We are just a local family-run business trying to make a living in Haryana. We hope the food tastes like home to everyone who comes by for a plate.
