Our place is located in House Number 88 at the Lumbni Apartment in Sector 14, Koushambi, Ghaziabad. It is a bit different because we are operating right out of a residential building in U.P. This gives the whole place a very home-like feel that you don't get with big chain restaurants. The kitchen is the heart of everything we do here. You can usually smell whatever is cooking the moment you walk into the building. We don't have a huge staff or a fancy menu with words you can't pronounce. We just make food that we like and that our neighbors like to eat. The dining area is small and simple, with just enough tables for a few people at a time. A lot of our work is for people who live right here in the Lumbni Apartment or in the buildings nearby. We spend our mornings getting the fresh ingredients from the local market and then prepping everything by hand. It’s a lot of chopping, stirring, and cleaning. We don't have a marketing team or a big advertising budget. People usually find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a friend. We keep the prices fair and the portions honest. It’s just us cooking every day and making sure the kitchen stays clean and the food goes out hot. It is hard work, but we like being part of the Koushambi community.
