Restaurant

We just call it the Restaurant. We are located at 97/A in Saidulajab, Delhi. It is a small place. Not one of those big chains you see in the malls. We started here because the area is growing fast. Saidulajab has a lot of people moving in lately. Our address is 97/A, so we are easy to spot if you are walking through the lane. We have a few tables and a kitchen. It is nothing fancy. Just a place where we cook and people eat. We do not have a big menu. Just things we know how to make well. The walls could probably use some new paint but we have not gotten around to it yet. We spend most of our time in the back anyway. It gets very hot in the kitchen, especially in the middle of the Delhi summer. We have a few staff members who have been with us since we first opened. We do not do a lot of advertising. People just see the sign or smell the food and come in. 97/A is our home base. Saidulajab is a bit of a maze sometimes, but once you find us, it is simple. We do not have a website or anything like that. Just the physical spot in Delhi. We keep the doors open and see who comes by. It is a lot of work running a restaurant, but we like being in this neighborhood. It feels real. Sometimes we run out of things by the end of the day, but that is life.
