Our office is tucked away in Pandav Nagar, specifically at E-29-B on Street No. 3. This part of Patpar Ganj can be like a maze if you don't know your way around, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. Resources International Pvt. Ltd is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of resumes. We spend our days looking through files and talking to people who are looking for jobs or companies looking for workers. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people heading to the market. We have a small window that looks out onto the alley, and we keep it open when the weather isn't too dusty. It’s a simple setup. We have a few old computers that take a while to start up in the morning, and the printer usually needs a little tap to keep working. We don't have any fancy signs or a receptionist at a big desk. Usually, one of us just looks up when the door opens. We drink tea from the stall at the corner and try to stay on top of all the emails coming in. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have people coming in for interviews, but we manage by pulling in extra chairs. It’s just a normal Delhi office life in 110092 where we keep things moving and try to help people find their next step.
