Residency Hotels

Our office is based in Delhi Cantonment, New Delhi. The pin code is 11001. Being in the Cantonment area means everything is very orderly and there is a lot of green space around us. It is much quieter than the rest of New Delhi. We manage things for Residency Hotels from here. A big, shiny hotel building isn't where we work; it's more of an administrative spot. We handle the bookings and the maintenance schedules for the rooms. Security in this area is quite strict, so it feels very safe. We have a simple office with a few desks and a lot of registers. Big corporate slogans aren't for us. We just make sure that when someone stays with us, their room is ready and everything is working. The staff here has been together for a long time. Routines are well-known to us. Sometimes we see the military drills happening nearby, which is interesting to watch. Trees make the weather here feel a bit cooler. We don't have a big marketing team. Relying on doing the work properly every day is our method. It’s a steady pace and we don't like to rush things. Time is spent on the phone or checking the computer for new reservations. It is just a regular job in a nice, quiet part of the city. Being organized and helpful is our goal. There isn't much else to it.
