Residency Hotels

Residency Hotels operates out of Phase V A/2 27 in Ayanagar. This part of New Delhi has its own rhythm and we have become a part of it over the years. We aren't one of those massive hotel chains with a thousand employees. We are more of a local operation just trying to keep things running smoothly for anyone who stays with us. The address in Ayanagar is where the heart of the work happens. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with people checking in or asking questions about how to get around the city. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are ready and that the plumbing and lights are working like they are supposed to. It’s the kind of stuff you don’t think about until it breaks. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. It is just us here every day. We see a lot of different faces coming through the door, some looking for a short stay and others staying a bit longer while they do business in Delhi. The neighborhood is fairly active and there is always something going on just outside. We just try to provide a decent place to sleep without making a big fuss about it. It’s a lot of work to keep a place like this going but we like the routine of it and seeing the same regular faces from time to time.
