Resevations/ Senior Front Office

We are based over at C-3/89 B on Lawrence Road in New Delhi. This is where we handle the Resevations/ Senior Front Office tasks and all the bookings that come in. It’s a pretty functional space, not much in the way of decoration or anything like that. We spend most of our shift answering phones and looking at the system to see who is coming and who is going. Lawrence Road can be a busy area, so there is always a bit of noise from the street coming in through the windows. We’ve got a small team here and we’ve all worked together for quite a bit. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks, chairs, and a few old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing; we just talk to each other and get the schedules sorted out. Sometimes the computers act up and we have to do things the old-fashioned way on paper until it’s fixed. It gets a bit stressful when the phones are all ringing at once and people are asking for things we can't always give them right away. We try to be helpful without overpromising anything. It’s just a normal job in a normal office. We show up, do the work, and then head home like everyone else in the city. We've been at New Delhi-35 for longer than I can remember and we know the street well.
