Reservation Executive

If you come to Sanwal Nagar in New Delhi, you’ll find us on the first floor of building A-33. It’s a small office space where we handle a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, but you get used to them after a few trips. We spend most of our time looking at calendars and trying to fit everything into the right slots. It’s a lot of typing and double-checking details to make sure nothing gets missed. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass skyscraper. We are just a few people at desks in a regular neighborhood. The view out the window is just the street below, which is usually full of people going about their business. We keep some plants on the windowsills to make the place feel a bit more alive, though we sometimes forget to water them. There’s always a kettle in the corner for making tea when the afternoon slump hits. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy presentations. We just focus on getting the reservations handled and making sure the computer system doesn't crash on us. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from nine to six every day. Sanwal Nagar is a good place to be based, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We just keep our heads down and do our work.
