Our office is on the first floor of House No. S1-3 in Old Mahaveer Nagar. It’s right opposite Tilak Nagar, so there is always something going on outside. The noise from the street comes right up through the windows. We handle a lot of data here, mostly for reservations and things like that. It is a lot of typing and double-checking lists. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep. We’ve all tripped on them at least once when we were in a hurry. Inside, it’s just a regular room filled with computers. We have some old posters on the walls to make it look less plain. It’s not a polished place. The desks are a bit scratched and the chairs squeak. But it works for us. We are just a small crew. We don't have a big human resources department or a cafeteria. We just bring our lunch from home or grab something from the vendors downstairs. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, and we just have to wait it out. That’s just part of being in this part of Delhi. We aren't doing anything world-changing. We just keep the records straight and make sure the data is where it needs to be. It’s honest work. We show up, we do the lists, and we go home. That is about it really.
