Reservation Data Maintainance

Our place is tucked away in Dilshad Garden, specifically over at 95-B in Pocket-A. It is a quiet enough spot if you ignore the usual city noise outside the window. We spend most of our time looking at screens and dealing with data for reservations. It’s a lot of typing and double-checking numbers so nothing gets lost in the system. The office is small but we make it work. Sometimes the printer jams and someone has to spend twenty minutes fixing it while everyone else just watches. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now. People in the neighborhood know us as the ones who are always at the computers. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular space in Delhi-95. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of cables everywhere. It gets a bit dusty with all the electronics humming all day. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us with cups of tea near the keyboards, which we probably shouldn't do but we do anyway. The work is steady and keeps us busy from morning till evening. Dealing with reservation data means you have to be careful, so we try not to rush too much even when the pile of work looks big. It’s just us here doing the day-to-day maintenance. It feels like a second home after a while, even with the flickering lights and the narrow stairs.
