Our spot is on Sundaresan Street in Pallavaram. It is right there near the main roads so we see a lot of people coming and going. Most of our time is spent checking the cars and making sure the keys are where they should be. The sun in Tamil Nadu can be really harsh on the paint so we try to keep things in the shade when we can. It is a busy little area. We have been here at No.3/1 for a good bit now. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because the internet acts up but we sort it out. We get folks arriving from the airport nearby looking for a way to get around the city. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of washing and vacuuming involved. We talk to drivers and help them figure out the best routes to avoid the worst of the traffic. The office is simple with a couple of chairs and a desk that has seen better days. We like the local tea stall nearby, they make it real strong. We just try to keep the cars moving and the customers sorted without too much fuss. It is a loud street with bikes zooming past all day. We are just a local crew doing the basic work of keeping people on the road in Chennai.
