Repulic Of Chicken

Our shop is at Br - 4 D in Shalimarbagh, New Delhi. This part of Delhi is always bustling with people and cars. We are located in a spot that is easy for the locals to find when they are out doing their shopping. The space is mostly taken up by the counters and the storage areas we need for the food. It’s not a big fancy restaurant with lots of seating; it’s more of a practical outlet where things move quickly. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and checking the temperatures because that's the most important part of our day. The staff here lives nearby, so we all know the neighborhood well. In the evenings, it gets really busy with people stopping by on their way home from work. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just the basic stuff we need to operate. The lighting is bright so we can see what we are doing. Sometimes the delivery bikes are parked out front and it gets a bit crowded on the sidewalk. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the orders are ready when people ask for the Republic Of Chicken stuff. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and staying on our feet for hours. It’s a simple business in a busy corner of New Delhi where we just focus on the task at hand and keep things moving.
