Republic Of Chicken ( Alchemist Ltd)

You can find our office on the third floor of building U-223 in Shakarpur. This area of Delhi is very densely packed with buildings and narrow lanes. Since we are on the third floor, we are a bit away from the noise of the street, though you can still hear the horns honking all day long. This location is where we handle the administrative side of Republic of Chicken for Alchemist Ltd. It is not a place where we sell food directly; it is more about the paperwork and the planning. We have several desks squeezed into the space and a lot of filing cabinets for all the records. We spend our days talking to the different shop managers and making sure the supply chain is working. It’s a lot of mundane tasks like checking invoices and updating schedules. The building itself is older, and the stairs are a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or modern office equipment. It is just a practical workspace for us to get our jobs done. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go to get some air, but mostly we are at our desks. Shakarpur is a convenient place for us to be located because it’s easy for the staff to reach by metro. We’ve been here for several years and have become part of the daily life in this busy block. It’s just how we run things.
