Republic Of Chicken - A Unit Of Alchemist Ltd.

Republic Of Chicken is our shop located at H-4, Parvana Vihar in Sector-9, Rohini. We are officially a unit of Alchemist Ltd, but for us, it is just our daily workplace in Delhi. Our address is 110085. We deal with chicken all day, every day. It is a very hands-on job. We have to make sure the stock is fresh and everything is stored correctly in the back. The shop isn't very large. We have the counters where people come in and the storage area behind. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone telling us what to say. We just open up in the morning and start the day's work. Sometimes the fridge needs a bit of a kick to stay quiet, and the floor is always a bit wet from the constant cleaning. Sector-9 is a busy neighborhood, so we see a lot of people walking by Parvana Vihar. We are just regular staff members who have been here for a while. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just sell chicken. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy throughout the week. Alchemist Ltd is the name on the legal papers, but to the locals, we are just the chicken shop on the corner. We try to keep things simple and get the orders right. That is pretty much our whole day. Sometimes we run out of change at the register.
