You can find us over at J-67 in the RBI Enclave in Paschim Vihar. It’s a decent part of New Delhi 110063, mostly quiet residential streets. Our space is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for people to drop in without climbing too many stairs. We have a lot of maps and printed itineraries lying around on the desks because that’s just how the travel business goes. The phone rings a lot during the holiday seasons, and the air conditioner usually struggles a bit when the Delhi heat really kicks in. Some old metal filing cabinets sit against the wall where we keep everything tucked away. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a quick walk when we need a break from the computers. The office is pretty simple, with a few swivel chairs that squeak a little when you move. We don’t have fancy decorations, just a few pictures of places people want to go. Every morning we open up the gate, sweep the front step, and check the messages. It’s a steady pace of work. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just sit and chat while waiting for the pages to load. It feels like a small family business because we’ve all been working together in this same spot for quite a while. We know most of the neighbors and the local delivery boys by name now.
