We operate out of House No. 1 on Road 20 in East Punjabi Bagh. It’s a residential-looking area but we have our setup here. It’s a bit different from the big industrial parks. We handle logistics, so there’s always a lot of coordination happening over the phones. The house has been converted for our needs. It’s comfortable, not like those glass buildings in the city center. We know the neighbors and the local shops. Things can get a bit hectic when we have a lot of deliveries to track. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We don't use big fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and a notebook are just easier. We deal with moving goods across the country from this little spot in New Delhi. It’s a lot of responsibility but we just take it day by day. We don't put up big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who have used us before. We try to be honest about timelines, even if the news isn't great. Traffic in Punjabi Bagh can be a pain, but we've learned the shortcuts over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. The office always has a bit of noise from the fans and the street outside. We are just regular people making sure things get moved from point A to point B.
