Religare Technova (Bpo)

We work out of Vasundra Enclave at 342, B-4. It’s a bit of a different setup than what you might expect for a BPO. It’s not a giant skyscraper in a tech park. We are right here in New Delhi, 110096. Most of what we do involves sitting in front of screens and handling data or talking on the phones. The shifts can be long and the coffee is usually just okay, but the team gets along well enough. We have people from all over the city coming in to work here. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up in the middle of summer and we all just have to deal with it. It’s a busy environment with a lot of clicking keyboards and people chatting in the background. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and see people working. It’s practical. We do back-office stuff that most people don't really think about but it needs to get done. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s relatively quiet outside until the school nearby lets out. We just keep our heads down and finish the day's tasks. There’s always a pile of files or a list of calls to get through. It’s just regular work for regular people. We’ve been in this building for a bit and we have our routine down. It isn't glamorous, but it’s what we do every day to keep things moving along for the businesses we help out.
