Religare Aviation Limited

Our office is located at 19-A Begampur in Malviya Nagar. It’s a regular building in a very busy part of the city. We work in aviation with Religare, which sounds more exciting than it actually is when you’re sitting at a desk all day. Most of our time is spent looking at maintenance logs and flight permits. We have a small team here. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows who took the last of the milk for tea in the morning. We don't have a big corporate lobby with fancy statues or waterfalls. We have some chairs for visitors and a lot of metal filing cabinets. Malviya Nagar is a good spot for us. It’s close to everything we need. We’ve been here for a while now, and we like the neighborhood vibe. The work involves a lot of talking to pilots and ground crew over the phone. We have to make sure every paper is signed and every rule is followed to the letter. It can be tedious work, but it’s important for keeping things safe. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or marketing. We just focus on the planes and the schedules. Sometimes the computers act up, or a document gets lost in the mail, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it. It’s a steady pace most days. We keep our heads down and get the tasks finished before the sun goes down.
