Reliance

The Reliance office is over at C-11 in Sector 22, Noida. It’s a busy spot and there are always people moving around the sector. We have been in this building for quite a while. The workspace is pretty basic, just rows of desks and a lot of wires running along the floor. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things here. It involves a lot of coordination and making sure the systems are running correctly. The electricity in Noida can be a bit unreliable, so we are used to the sound of the generator kicking in during the afternoons. We have a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air, though it’s usually just a view of the other buildings in the sector. The office doesn't have any of those modern decorations or fancy furniture. We just use what we have and focus on getting through the daily list of tasks. Most of us take the metro or drive in from different parts of the NCR, so the morning chat is usually about how bad the traffic was. We have a water dispenser that everyone gathers around to catch up on news. It’s a steady kind of job with a lot of routine. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a group of people working together in a regular office in a busy part of town.
