Reliance

Our Reliance office is situated at A-460 on the third floor in Nehru Vihar. This part of Delhi, the 54 area, is always packed with students and small shops. Getting up to the third floor is a bit of a workout every morning since we don't always rely on the lift. The office space itself is quite practical. We have rows of desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It isn't a high-rise glass tower like you might imagine for a big name, but it’s where we handle the local operations. There is always a lot of paperwork to sort through and people coming in with various questions about their services. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes there’s a bit of a wait. The windows look out over the street, so we can see the traffic jams forming in the afternoon. We have a small pantry where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. It’s a very grounded atmosphere here. We aren't concerned with looking corporate or polished; we just want to make sure the records are updated and the customers get their issues sorted. It gets pretty loud during the day with the noise from the street coming up, but we’ve learned to work through it. We are just a local team doing the everyday work that keeps the bigger system running.
