Reliance Retails Ltd

The store here at C-12/412 in Yamuna Vihar is always a bit chaotic. Being a Reliance Retails branch means we get a lot of stuff delivered every day. Boxes arrive early in the morning, usually before the heat really kicks in. We spend the first few hours just getting things onto the shelves. It’s mostly groceries and home things that people in this part of New Delhi need for their daily lives. The aisles are a bit narrow, especially when we are restocking, so you have to squeeze past the crates. We know a lot of the regulars who come in from the nearby blocks. They usually want to know if the fresh stock has arrived yet or where we moved the cooking oil this time. It gets really busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. The billing counters have those long lines, and the scanners sometimes beep too loud. We try our best to keep things organized, but on Saturdays, it feels like everything is moving at once. Our team is small, mostly just local guys from around the area. We don't have a lot of space for storage in the back, so what you see on the floor is usually all we have. It’s just a normal neighborhood shop where we deal with spills, talk to neighbors, and keep the lights on until late. Most people around here know us by name now.
