Our branch is out in Meerut Cantt, located at H.No-544 in Lane-26 of Sainik Colony, Kasampur. It’s a bit different from the huge Reliance offices you might see in Mumbai or Delhi. Here, it’s much more local and scaled down to fit the area. We operate out of this house-turned-office in a residential-feeling neighborhood. Most of what we do involves local coordination and handling the specific needs of this region. It’s a quiet lane for the most part, though things get pretty busy when deliveries are happening or when we have to meet with local partners. We don't have a big lobby or a bunch of security guards out front like the big headquarters do. It’s just a regular building where we sit and manage the daily tasks that keep things moving. We deal with a lot of logistics and making sure the supplies or services from Reliance reach the people around here without any delay. The team is small, and we mostly know everyone in the colony by now. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons on the phone or out in the field seeing how things are going. It’s honest, hardworking stuff. We don't use much corporate talk because there's no real need for it when you're working in a place like Kasampur. We just focus on making sure the business side of things is handled properly and that the local paperwork is filed. It's a practical way to run a big company’s local interests.
