Reliance Energy Ltd.(Bses)

This Reliance Energy Ltd.(Bses) office is located at D-1 on Street Number 3. We are right in Ashok Nagar, Delhi-110093. It’s a functional office where we handle a lot of the local energy matters. People come in with their bills or questions about their meters all the time. The office is usually full of people waiting their turn. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors, but it fills up fast. Working in Ashok Nagar means we see a lot of the same people from the neighborhood. It’s a lot of data entry and looking at numbers on screens. Some days the phones don't stop ringing. We try to keep the line moving so people don't have to wait too long in the heat. There’s always a bit of paperwork to sort through at the end of the day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary for the area. Street Number 3 can get quite congested with scooters and cars, so getting to the office can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve been at this D-1 spot for quite a bit. The staff here is used to the pace. We just take it one customer at a time and try to keep the records straight. It’s a basic office setup for a utility company.
