Reliance Communications

Our office is at Wz 46 in Gurunanak Nagar in New Delhi. It is a Reliance Communications spot so we handle a lot of phone and internet issues. The building is right in the middle of a very busy street. You can hear the car horns honking all day long while we work. Inside it is mostly just us and a lot of wires and boxes. People come in when their phone stops working or they need a new connection for their house. We try to help them out but sometimes the systems are slow and everyone has to wait. It is a small office, not one of those big glass towers you see in the pictures. We have a few desks and some plastic chairs for customers to sit in while they wait. Gurunanak Nagar is a tight-knit place and we know the other shopkeepers nearby. We have been at this address for a long time now. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint but it is fine for what we do. We spend most of our time looking at screens or talking to people about their monthly bills. It is straightforward work. We do not try to be something we are not. We just show up and do the work and then go home. Delhi is a huge city and we are just a small part of the network here. Sometimes the weather makes the job harder but we stay open.
