You can find us at Bangal No 9 in Patal Nagar. It’s an old area of New Delhi, and our building has that lived-in feel to it. Reliance Capital has been operating out of this spot for a good stretch of time. The rooms are filled with files and the sound of people talking on phones. It’s not one of those glass skyscrapers you see in Gurgaon. It’s more grounded than that. We deal with money matters, which means there’s a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the stacks of folders get a bit high on the desks. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it gets a bit chaotic. The staff mostly comes from around here or takes the local transport. Lunch breaks are usually spent grabbing something quick from the shops nearby. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything like that. Just a small space to sit. The air conditioning is a bit loud during the summer months, but it keeps us going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get through the day's list. It’s a practical place for practical work. Patal Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. We keep things simple and just do what needs doing without much fuss or bother. It's a steady job in a busy city.
