Reko Industries

Reko Industries is located over at Plot Number 14 on Bhagat Singh Road in Krishna Nagar. If you know the area, you know it gets quite a bit of traffic during the day. We’ve been operating out of this plot for a long time. Our setup is pretty traditional. It’s a workshop floor where we handle different kinds of metalwork and industrial parts. You can usually hear the machines hum or the sound of metal being cut if you walk by. It’s not a clean or quiet environment, but it’s where the actual making happens. We have a small office section for the paperwork, but most of us prefer being out where the machines are. We have guys who have been working these lathes and presses for years, and they really know what they’re doing. We take on orders from local businesses that need specific parts or repairs. Sometimes people bring in a broken piece of machinery and ask if we can replicate it. We do our best to help out. The floors are concrete and there’s always a bit of grease around, but that’s just the nature of an industry shop. We don’t do much advertising. Most of our customers are folks who have been coming to Krishna Nagar for years. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the metal is solid and holds up under pressure. It’s just simple hard work.
