Regency Tours is over here at B - 262 in Indira Vihar. We’ve been around this part of Delhi for a while now. Most people know us because we’re just down the street. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and posters on the walls of places you might want to visit. My brother and I started this because we liked traveling ourselves and figured we could help others get their tickets sorted without too much headache. Usually, we're here from morning until late evening, unless someone has a family thing to go to. We handle bus bookings, train tickets, and some local tours around the city or up to the hills. People just walk in, sit down, and tell us where they need to go. We don't have a big fancy website or anything, just a phone and a computer that works most of the time. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get the job done eventually. It’s mostly locals from around the colony who come by. We know most of our customers by name. If you’re looking for someone to just book a flight or tell you which bus is better for Jaipur, you can just stop in. We try to keep things simple. No big speeches or high prices here. Just a couple of guys trying to run a business in the neighborhood. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot.
