You can find us at 149 F, which is part of the Railway Colony in Kishan Ganj. This is in the Delhi-5 area. Being in a railway colony means you always hear the sound of trains in the background. It is a very specific kind of atmosphere. Our office for Regency Tours Pvt Ltd is not very large. It’s just a room with some sturdy chairs and a couple of old cupboards where we keep the files. We have been working from this spot for years. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their travel plans and writing down names and dates. We don’t use any high-tech systems, just some basic computers and a lot of pens. The walls are a bit faded and the floor is made of old stone. We like being in Kishan Ganj because it feels like a real part of old Delhi. People come by after their shifts at the railway to ask about holiday packages. We keep some water in a jug for guests and have a small radio playing in the corner sometimes. It is a very relaxed place, not like those fast-paced offices in the city center.
