Red Carpet Tours is based right here in Janakpuri. We have been operating out of this area for a good number of years. It’s a large part of Delhi and it’s always buzzing with energy. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and maps and phones. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything polished. It is just a few of us who know a lot about travel. We spend most of our time talking to people and trying to figure out the best way to get them where they want to go. Janakpuri is a busy place, so there is always noise from the street. We don't mind it. It feels like we are part of the city. We don't use a lot of marketing talk or make big promises we can't keep. We just try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit chaotic. Other days are quieter and we can actually catch up on our paperwork. We aren't a big fancy company, just a local business in Janakpuri. Our staff has been together for a long time, so we work well as a team. We just show up, do the work, and try to make things run as smoothly as possible. That is pretty much all there is to us. We just keep going every day and stay busy.
