Karol Bagh is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it on Joshi Road. Our door at 16/75 is usually busy because that is just the nature of this part of Delhi. We handle the front desk work and keep things sorted for anyone walking in. It can be a lot of juggling phones and greeting people, but we are used to the pace. The office isn't huge, but it fits what we need. You know how Karol Bagh can get with the parking and the shoppers, so being here requires a bit of a thick skin. We spend our mornings setting up and our afternoons making sure the messages get to the right people. It is honest work. We don't have a giant team, just a few of us making sure things run. The building has that old Delhi feel to it, which we actually like. It feels real. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that’s the highlight of the hour. We aren't trying to be the biggest name on the block. We just want to make sure that when someone calls or visits, they get a proper answer. It’s about staying helpful without making a big fuss about it. Working near the market means there is always something happening outside, which keeps the day interesting. We just keep our heads down and do the job every day.
