Reastaurant

This place is tucked away in K-Block Kali Wari at House Number 139 in New Delhi. It is just a small spot where we cook and serve people. It’s not one of those big fancy places you see in the malls. We just focus on making food every day. Most of our regulars come from around the neighborhood. It is a quiet enough street most of the time, though sometimes things pick up on the weekends. We have been here for a bit now, and the kitchen is always humming with something on the stove. There are a few tables and chairs for people who want to sit down and eat. It’s a bit cramped when it gets busy, but nobody seems to mind much. We spend most of our time on prep work, chopping vegetables, and cleaning up the kitchen. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, but for now, we just keep things running as they are. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but that’s just how the food business goes. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us in the back and someone out front. We aren't doing anything special, just trying to make sure people get a decent meal when they come through the door. It is what it is, just a local spot in Kali Wari where we keep the stove going from morning till night.
