Our place is tucked away inside C/O Deepak Pathak at 191/R Aram Bag, which is right in the thick of Paharganj. If you know New Delhi, you know Paharganj is always moving and never really gets quiet. It’s a bit of a maze around here with all the narrow lanes and people rushing to the station. We’ve been set up in this spot for a bit, and it’s where we handle all the communication side of things. The office is small and usually has a lot of cables and equipment lying around because that’s just the nature of what we do. It’s not a shiny corporate building; it’s more of a functional room where we can focus on the technical work. Deepak is usually around, and we just try to keep things organized despite the chaos outside our door. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the noise from the market gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or talking to people on the phone. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. People just drop by when they need something fixed or have a question about their service. We just tell people how it is when they walk in. It’s just us doing our bit in a very busy part of the city.
