Our office is located at H.No 982 in Sector 12, R.K. Puram. Dealing with real estate in New Delhi is a bit of a headache most days. There’s so much paperwork and people always have a lot of questions about plots and rentals. We spend a lot of time on our phones or walking around the neighborhood looking at properties. Sector 12 is a decent area, but the market is always shifting. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and people usually find us by word of mouth. It’s not a high-rise office; it’s just a regular house converted for our work. We have files stacked up everywhere and maps on the walls. Sometimes we’re out all day showing houses, and other times we’re just stuck here waiting for a call. It’s a lot of talking and trying to figure out what people actually want versus what they can afford. The 110022 pin code is our home base. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that.
