We operate Rdm out of Ram Nagar, specifically near the Shanti Building in Shahdara. It's a busy part of Delhi, and the 1/2387 address isn't hard to find once you get into the lane. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a couple of fans that stay on all day during the summer, and lots of folders piled up. It's not the kind of place you'd see in a magazine, but it works for us. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of noise from the street outside, and it doesn't really quiet down until late evening. We handle our tasks one by one, mostly focusing on whatever is right in front of us. There’s no big hierarchy here; we all just pitch in. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but that’s just how things go in this neighborhood. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks for the afternoon break. People drop by from time to time, and we just chat while we work. It’s a very local feel, nothing corporate about it at all. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing until it's time to lock up and head home. The walk to the main road is always crowded, but it’s a good way to end the day and clear the head before going home for the night. We have been here a long time.
