Rdm

Rdm is based out of Dda Flat No. 47, which is in Sector 12, Pocket 7 of Phase 1 in Dwarka. It is a residential area, so our office feels more like a home than a workplace. Dwarka is quite spread out, and being in Sector 12 means we are right in the middle of a lot of families and local shops. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. Usually, when you come to the flat, you just knock and one of us will let you in. The space is filled with desks and a lot of files. We do our work here quietly. It’s mostly computer-based, so there isn’t much noise except for the occasional phone call or the sound of the traffic outside on the main Dwarka roads. We like being in a DDA flat because it keeps things humble. There is no pressure to look like a high-flying corporation. We are just a small team of people who know each other well. We make our own tea and eat lunch together most days. The work we do involves a lot of attention to detail, so it helps that the neighborhood is relatively calm. If you are looking for us, you have to keep an eye on the flat numbers because they can be a bit confusing in Pocket 7. Once you find number 47, you’ve found Rdm. It’s just a normal spot for normal work.
