Rdm, (Reservations Data Maintainance), Gurgaon

So we’ve been running Rdm for a while now, focusing on reservations data maintenance. It's a lot of sitting in front of screens, making sure everything is where it should be. We are technically tied to the Gurgaon area but the main office where we actually do the work is over in Lucknow, at D-61, Mahanagar Extension. It’s a busy spot. Most of the time, the day is just spent updating lists and checking details over and over. People think it’s simple but you really have to pay attention so things don't get messy. We started this small and just kept going because the work was there. There isn't anything fancy about the office. It’s just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes the internet acts up or the heat in Lucknow gets to be a bit much, but we manage. We aren't some big corporation with a fancy lobby. If you came by the Mahanagar address, you'd just see us working away. It’s practical work. We deal with data all day long, making sure the reservations don't get lost in the system. It’s how we make a living. There’s no big secret to it, just keeping organized and staying on top of the files. We’ve been at this address for a bit and it suits us fine. Just a group of people handling the back-end stuff that most people don't think about when they book something.
