Rdm (Reservation Data Maintenance)

We are based in the LIG flats in Pocket-B, Phase-2 of Sector 14, Dwarka. It is a standard residential block, so our workspace feels very much like a home instead of a corporate office. The rooms are filled with computer screens and a lot of tangled cables under the desks. We handle data and maintenance work here, so the sound of typing is pretty much constant from morning until evening. It’s not a fancy corporate park; we share the building with families and regular neighbors. You can often smell someone cooking lunch in the apartment next door, which makes us hungry. Our space at 131 is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment squeezed into the small rooms. We don't have a reception desk or a sign outside on the street. Most of the work happens quietly on the monitors. We take turns making tea in the small kitchen in the back. The balcony is small and mostly used for storing old boxes or taking a quick break to look at the street below. Dwarka is quite spread out, so it’s nice being close to the Sector 14 metro station for the commute. Sometimes the power fluctuates, and we have to make sure the backups are working properly to save our work. It’s just a small group of us keeping things running in this corner of New Delhi.
