Rdm, Reservation Data Maintanence Gurgaon

Our office is located at E-40 in Kilokri, which is right by Maharanibagh and pretty close to CTC Plaza. It’s a decent spot in a busy part of town. Rdm handles a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for reservations. Basically, we spend our time looking at data and making sure everything is entered correctly so there aren’t any mix-ups later on. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens, but it’s steady work. The neighborhood around here is always active, especially with the plaza nearby. Sometimes parking is a bit of a headache for the team, but we manage. We aren’t a massive company with a huge lobby or anything like that. It’s just a group of us working through spreadsheets and maintenance tasks. We have our tea breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the news. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones get noisy, but that’s just how it is working in this area. We try to be careful with the details because we know how annoying a messed-up reservation can be for a customer. We don’t use any fancy software that claims to do everything automatically; we actually check the work ourselves. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, do the data entry, keep the records straight, and head home. That’s what happens every day here at our Kilokri office. We have been in this specific building for some time and everyone knows the routine by heart.
