Rdm (Lufthansa Backoffice)

Rdm (Lufthansa Backoffice) is tucked away in the Vasant Apartments in Vasant Kunj. Our specific unit is B-9/9135. It’s a residential area, so it’s a lot quieter than the main parts of New Delhi. We aren't an airline ticket counter or anything like that. We just handle the back-office data for Lufthansa. It’s a lot of computer work and staying on top of spreadsheets. The office is basically a converted apartment, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office building. We have a small area for lunch and a few rows of desks with monitors. 110070 is a nice part of town to work in. There isn't a big sign outside, so you really have to look for the apartment number. Most of the staff has been working together for quite a while, so we all know each other's habits. We don't have fancy corporate meetings or anything. We just get our tasks for the day and get to work. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that's just part of life here. We don't do anything promotional. We just focus on the data maintenance and making sure everything is entered correctly into the systems. It’s a steady, quiet job and we just do our best to keep everything organized and running.
