R.D.M Lufthansa Back Office

We work out of 19-J in the C.G.H.C complex in Vasant Vihar. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you haven't been here before. We’re the R.D.M Lufthansa Back Office, and we’ve been tucked away in this part of New Delhi for a long time. The office is basically a few rooms in a housing complex. It’s pretty quiet, which helps when we have to focus on all the data entry and paperwork. We aren't a public-facing shop, so there aren't any big signs or displays. It’s just us and our computers. The lighting isn't great, but we have enough lamps to see what we’re doing. Most of us bring our own lunch and sit together in the small kitchen area. We don't have a HR department or a big boss in a corner office. It’s just a group of people who have been doing this for years. We know each other’s kids and what we’re doing on the weekends. The work is mostly routine, checking numbers and filing things away correctly. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and we just have to wait it out. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up and do the back-end work that needs to happen. It’s a bit cramped with all the storage boxes, but it’s our space. We’re just a regular bunch of workers doing a regular job, day in and day out. That's the whole story of our office.
