Our building is pretty plain on the outside. We have the ground floor and some space upstairs for our operations. We do various business tasks here for Rdm India. It’s not a high-rise office with elevators. We have standard desks and a small area for storing all our files. The air can get a bit dusty from the main road, but we keep the windows shut mostly to keep it quiet. We’ve got a small team here. Everyone knows each other's names and families. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation with fancy slogans or mission statements. We just show up and do the work that’s on the list for the day. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork to finish up. Other days, it’s a bit quieter and we can talk a bit more while we work. The local market is nearby so we usually get our snacks and lunch there. It’s an honest way to make a living for all of us. We don't have a marketing department writing things for us.
