Rdm India Pvt Ltd is located at R-19-G in Dilshad Garden, New Delhi. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The office is not a fancy place, just a regular set of rooms where we get our daily work done. Most of the people working here live nearby in the Dilshad Garden area or take the metro to get to the office every morning. It gets really hot in the summer months, so we keep the ceiling fans running all day long to stay cool. We deal with various tasks throughout the week, and there is usually a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks. It can get a bit noisy when the traffic outside picks up near the garden, but we are used to it by now. We try to keep things organized, though by Friday afternoon the place usually looks a bit messy. We have a small corner with a kettle where we make tea during the breaks. It is a very simple setup. We do not have any big signs or flashy decorations in the office. We just focus on getting through the work on our desks and making sure everything is handled for the day. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a lot to catch up on. We don't really have office parties or anything like that, we just finish our shifts and head home to our families in the evening.
