Rdm India P. Ltd. is just one of those companies you find operating out of New Delhi. We don't have a fancy street name to give out most of the time, we just say we're in the city and people usually find us eventually. The office is pretty standard for a business in India’s capital. We have desks that have seen better days and a bunch of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. The work we do involves a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving between different departments. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but you get used to the noise after a week or two. We drink a lot of tea to keep the energy up, especially during those long afternoons when the sun is hitting the windows. There’s no big corporate philosophy here; we just show up, do the tasks on our list, and try to make sure nothing goes wrong. Some of us have been here for years, while others are just starting out, so there's a mix of ages in the room. It feels like a small community inside the bigger city. We share snacks, complain about the commute, and just keep the wheels turning for the business. It’s not the kind of place that gets written about in magazines, but it’s where we spend our days.
