Rdm India Ltd, Joint Venture Bird Group And Lufthansa

Our office for Rdm India Ltd is a bit unique because it’s a joint venture between Bird Group and Lufthansa, but we operate out of H.No-272. That is one of the MIG Flats on the top floor in Sector 14, Pocket-B of Dwarka. Being on the top floor means there are a lot of stairs to climb every morning, which is basically our morning exercise. Dwarka is a bit quieter than the center of Delhi, which is nice for getting work done. The flat is set up with desks and computers. We handle things for the partnership from here. Sector 14 has a lot of these residential pockets, so it feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. The address is New Delhi-110075. Sometimes the delivery guys get a bit lost looking for Pocket-B, but they eventually find us. We have the name on the door so people know they are at the right place. It’s not a huge corporate headquarters with a reception desk and uniforms. It’s just a team of us in a converted flat, working through the daily tasks. We keep the windows open when the weather is good to get some air. The joint venture sounds very big, and it is, but the daily reality is just us in this MIG flat finishing our reports and talking on the phone. We don't have a canteen, so we usually just bring our own lunch or get something from the market nearby. It’s a simple routine we've got. We try to be quiet so we don't bother the neighbors in the other flats.
