R.D.M ( Back Office Lufthansa Airlines)

We work out of 0-14 on Street Number 21 in New Mahavir Nagar, New Delhi 11001. The office is a back-office setup for Lufthansa Airlines, mostly doing the R.D.M work. It’s a residential-looking building from the outside, but inside we have it all set up for our tasks. There are a lot of computers and several rows of desks. It can get pretty noisy with the sound of typing and people talking on headsets. We are tucked away in a narrow street, so finding a parking spot for a scooter can be a real struggle in the morning. The office is a bit dark because the buildings are so close together, so we have the lights on all day. We handle a lot of data and documentation that people never see. It’s the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps things running. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and heat up our lunch boxes. The trash gets picked up every morning and the local street dogs are usually hanging around the entrance. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work. We have a good group of people here and we try to keep the atmosphere light even when we have a lot of entries to finish. New Mahavir Nagar is a busy area, but once you are inside the office, it’s just us and the work. It’s been our base for a good long time now and we know the routine well.
