Rcpl is a small business based in New Delhi. The address we have is a bit different because it mentions being a 12th class graduate from Kisaan Inter College under the U.P. Board back in 1994. It seems like the history of the person who started this is tied right into the business details. We operate here in the city and have been doing our thing for a long time. Delhi is a crowded and fast place, but we have our own little rhythm. We don't have a big office with a sign out front. It’s a very simple setup. We deal with whatever work comes our way.
